TRate5

TRate5 returns the 5-year Treasury rate for a given month/year (average all business days in month). These rates are published by the Federal Reserve. 5-year Treasury rates are downloaded using this text string.

Syntax

TRate5 (Year, [Month])

Parameter Name	Description
Year	Year (not before April 1953); a 4 digit number; or if a date (m/d/y) is entered, and the Month is missing, then the Year = y, and the Month = m
Month	Month (not before April 1953) Optional, not used if Year is entered as a date (m/d/y), in which case Month must be blank
