AnyRate

AnyRate is a multi-purpose function that returns a variety of interest rates for a given month/year, depending on the parameter WhichRate.

Option	Description
1	Returns the 1-year Treasury Rate
5	Returns the 5-year Treasury Rate
10	Returns the 10-year Treasury Rate
30	Returns the 30-year Treasury Rate
“120FMR”	Returns the 120% Federal mid-term rate
“seg1”	Returns the 1^st segment rate.
“seg2”	Returns the 2^nd segment rate.
“seg3”	Returns the 3^rd segment rate.
