I would like to thank Chester Wallace Jordan, Jr. (whom I have never met but wish I had) and Howard Winklevoss (with whom I worked briefly in the mid-1980s while employed at Johnson & Higgins). I am amazed at their comprehensive actuarial and mathematical knowledge, and dedication to the actuarial profession. Their respective textbooks were important to my own education and provide the fundamental mathematical basis for this software product.
