EAC PV Tools updated in Version 2015.1

1. Incorporated the SOA's corrected tables for the collar- and the quartile-specific Employee rates. The corrected tables can be found here on the SOA website. This issue has no impact on other RP-2014 tables -- all Healthy Annuitant rates, the Total Employee rates, and all Disabled Retiree rates – are unaffected.
   
2. User-defined mortality tables can created and saved in a text file. Create your own q's -- project, blend, combine, and feed into the function call. The text file must be saved in the same folder as the add-in file. Click here for more information.
   
3. PVSL and PVJL functions have been enhanced to allow the user to specify no pre-retirement mortality.
   
4. Life insurance and cash refund annuity functions have been enhanced to allow the user to specify the timing of payment of the death benefit mid-year or end-of-year (default is end-of-year).
5. Improved handling of Excel's file links to avoid the pesky "#NAME?" error when opening files that were created on a different computer or by a different user.
6. New function DecrLifeIns to return the present value of decreasing life insurance, useful for the calculation of a cash refund annuity.
